We are seeking a dynamic person with excellent organisational and analytical skills, and keen attention to detail, to join the Centre for Quality Support and Development and co-manage the University-wide evaluation processes.

As a Senior Quality Support Officer, with responsibility for module and programme evaluation, you will work closely with other members of the team to co-manage the University’s module and programme evaluation provision. As well as taking responsibility for the administration of evaluations for several Schools, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in developing the University’s use of the software to meet changing needs.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

•    Excellent IT skills, including a high level of proficiency in Excel, an aptitude for working with large databases, and an ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
•    Excellent organisational,  analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across the University
•    Accuracy and attention to detail, while maintaining a clear perspective on a larger context
