We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Programme Administrator to join our team who support delivery of a wide range of Executive Education programmes. This post will support a variety of non-qualification programmes. Previous experience within higher education programme administration and/or events would be beneficial. Located from our Greenlands Campus, the successful candidate must demonstrate well developed customer service and relationship building skills, as well as a positive and flexible attitude.
You will take responsibility for all aspects of programme administration to include scheduling, finance, producing programme documentation/materials, update the virtual learning environment and overseeing all workshop arrangements. You will work closely with a variety of colleagues across the business school (including Executive Education colleagues, Programme Directors and faculty) and external stakeholders.
