Working within the Global Recruitment Team (International), you will take the lead on developing and delivering key front-line recruitment activities to attract international students from Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, as well as supporting other regional activities within Asia.

Working directly with Senior Regional Manager Asia & Oceania, the post holder will take responsibility in international student recruitment activities in Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, maximising return on investment to achieve ambitious targets.

The preferred candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of the key factors influencing international student recruitment
  • Outstanding communication skills including the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, and the tenacity to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people from different cultural backgrounds
