Henley Careers, within Henley Business School, an award-winning department with an aim to be one of the most innovative careers services in Higher Education. We are now recruiting for a Careers Consultant who will work with undergraduate and post-graduate cohorts across the Business School.

This interesting, varied and demanding role will suit you if you enjoy enabling students to achieve their full potential, nurturing business relationships with corporate recruiters, and working as part of a truly collaborative team. You will also support students who are applying for roles across various business sectors by providing insights into recruitment trends and processes, typical pathways and labour market information. You will also contribute to updating resources and materials to expand both students’ and colleagues’ knowledge.

You will have:

  • Understanding of the labour market for accounting, finance and business management
  • Experience of recruitment or career development
  • Experience in providing guidance, coaching or training
  • Ability to work with people from international backgrounds
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
