The Department of Real Estate and Planning is a world-leading teaching and research institution with strength in real estate finance and investment. We are seeking to appoint an Associate Professor who will contribute to academic leadership and enhance the profile of this subject area within the department and Henley Business School. 

This post is aimed at a strong researcher; there are plenty of opportunities in the department, and also within Henley Business School, to initiate and carry out internationally recognised research. We provide the environment for researchers to work collaboratively as well as individually.  We have a vibrant student community; the successful candidate will have a prominent role in developing and leading the subject teaching across the range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

You will have:

  • A PhD in Real Estate, Finance or Economics
  • Specialist knowledge of one or more areas related to real estate investment and finance
  • A track record of excellent research of international standing
  • Excellent teaching and learning practice.
  • A good record of academic leadership
