Market related supplement

The supplement is guaranteed for three years and may be adjusted at the end of that period. If an upward or downward adjustment is applied, you will receive 6 months’ notice of that change of salary.

Henley Business School is a globally ranked, internationally renowned business school and part of the University of Reading. Due to the success of our Executive Education business and our strategic growth into new markets and areas of technical focus, we are seeking to recruit a new senior member into our Custom Programmes team.

If you have experience in helping organisations to improve performance through learning and behaviour change, then this opportunity would suit an applicant with a proven track record of developing and winning business in the learning, talent and leadership development space.

   You will have:

  • A broad understanding of the talent development or leadership development marketplace
  • A proven track record of developing solution sales using a consultative approach
  • Extensive bid experience including solution design
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • An interest in, or experience of, people development and behaviour change
