The Department of Real Estate and Planning is a world-leading teaching and research institution in real estate and planning. We have a strong focus on real estate investment and finance, and we are seeking to appoint a lecturer to enhance these subject areas. This post is aimed at an active researcher; there are plenty of opportunities in the department, and also within the Henley Business School, to initiate and carry out internationally recognised research. We provide the environment for researchers to work collaboratively as well as individually. We have a vibrant student community and the successful candidate will teach on, and lead modules, across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
You will have:
A PhD or be near completion of a PhD in finance or economics
The ability to carry out high quality research and teaching
A good understanding of one or more areas related to real estate investment and finance
