We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator who will provide effective and efficient administrative support to designated academic faculty and assist the departmental administration team with day-to-day operations within Business Informatics, Systems and Accounting, one of the six departments of Henley Business School.

The post holder will have the positive attitude and necessary skills to support academic faculty with respect to teaching and research, as well as to undertake general administration duties as required.  Occasional travel between campuses will be necessary, and the ability to work both as a team member and at own initiative is essential. Some experience in web content management would be desirable.

You will have:

  • Experience in a similar or related administrative role, preferably in a HE environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as on own initiative.
  • Good computing skills, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook.
