We are seeking to appoint a well-organised, reliable and adaptable person to join our small but busy office team. The role is focused on administrative and support tasks with a key focus on delivering excellent levels of service and support to the Library.  

You will have:
•    A good general education to GCSE standard or equivalent, including English and Maths
•    Good written and oral communication skills
•    Excellent IT skills with a range of IT packages and systems (incl. Microsoft Office)
•    Excellent organisational and time management skills
•    Experience of working in a busy office environment within an administrative role
•    Accuracy and attention to detail
