The University of Reading is looking to recruit a Business Systems and Data Manager within Digital Technology Services Directorate (DTS). DTS provides centralised IT support and services across the university.

You will have a strong background working in an Application Support Environment at Enterprise scale and will be running a small team supporting a very wide range of applications within the University. 
You will have :

• Demonstrable experience of providing expert technical support to a large user base across multiple applications.

• Experience in working with various stake holders in planning and delivering new releases and upgrades

• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Server Technologies as used by many corporate applications.

• Good understanding and working knowledge of industry best practice relating to change and release management.

• Some experience of Team Leading and mentoring others.

• Ideally have a good understanding of Tribal SITs/e:Vision

• Ideally have some experience of one or more of the following Agresso, Trent, Power BI, Tableau
