We are seeking an experienced and responsible driver to deliver our catering promptly to our customers across then University estate. You will represent our company in a professional manner, striving at all times to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction.
We want to provide excellent customer service with quality fresh food and beverages served by our friendly customer focused teams. We have very high standards, work hard and thoroughly enjoy what we do!
Responsibilities:
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different locations across the University estate
• Follow route and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ queries
• Complete logs and reports as specified
• Follow regulations and safety standards

You will have:
• Full UK/EU Driving Licence
• Excellent Customer Service focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of catering operations
• Work flexibility to cover peaks of business
Due to the nature of hospitality catering, this post will require at least 50% of hours worked to be outside of normal University working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Our typical operating hours are Monday to Sunday 8am to 11:00pm. Shifts will vary between morning and evenings, week to week, with notice given.
