A full-time administrators required for 20 months fixed term, to join the AHEP Admin Team. To provide admin support for the bespoke online distance learning programmes for Army Student Officers. The successful candidate will play a part in creating and maintaining processes and procedures for this unique suite of programmes.    

Henley Business School, part of the University of Reading is looking for a programme administrator, to join the AHEP Programme Admin Team. To provide admin support for the bespoke online distance learning programmes for Army Student Officers.  The success candidate will play a part in creating and maintaining processes and procedures for this unique suite of programmes.

The post holder will be part of a dedicated Programme Administrator Team, supporting the running and development of the Army Higher Education Pathway (AHEP) programmes.  Working closely with AHEP Senior Programme Administrators, this role supports the administrative needs of AHEP module convenors from Henley Business School, and SPEIR (School of Politics Economics and International Relations), Army Student Officers and other key stakeholders of AHEP, both internal and external to the Henley Business School.

You will have:

- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work to and maintain effective systems and procedures

- Experience of working in a customer-facing role

- Experience of providing a high-quality service

- A pro-active and flexible approach to tasks with the ability to remain calm under pressure
