As an experienced and creative marketing manager, you will be ready to take the lead on Henley Business School’s brand marketing campaigns and projects. Your experience of working with a variety of brands will give you the skills and experience to help Henley communicate its brand vision both internally and externally.

You will be an independent worker with a pragmatic approach that helps you to ensure timely delivery of your campaigns and projects. You will have a proactive attitude to managing agency relationships and will enjoy the challenge of working across multiple teams. You will have the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands on operational execution.

You will be an advocate and champion for Henley’s brand vision and direction ensuring that teams are educated and inspired by the brand identity and core values.

Our Brand & Digital team is at the very core of our approach to content-led customer experience marketing and you will be working as a key part of this innovative and engaging team. You will have:

- Strong experience of marketing a brand or managing the marketing of products/services

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate with a range of stakeholders

- An understanding of the creative and design process

- Exceptional Organisational and planning skills and the ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks to agreed timescales

- Ability to use your initiative and take proactive actions to resolve problems

- Confident in financial analysis and evaluation
