We are looking for a team player to support the design and ongoing delivery of a proactive, strategic and well-managed approach to change management and continuous improvement across the University. Based in the Strategic Change and Projects team in the Planning & Strategy Office, but working in close partnership with colleagues in Human Resources and across the professional services and academic schools, you will play a key role in improving the management and implementation of change across the organisation, thereby contributing to operational efficiency, staff wellbeing and student satisfaction.
You will have:
• Good understanding of the principles and practice of change management, continuous improvement and business analysis
• Strong collaborative skills and proven effectiveness in motivating, influencing and working in partnership with colleagues at all levels
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to bring order to complex information and situations to achieve institutional objectives
• Confidence to present and defend complex or unfamiliar concepts with confidence to colleagues at all levels
