Henley Business School at the University of Reading is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Accounting who will undertake academic research and teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate modules in the area of accounting. It is designated as teaching and research.

You will:
- Conduct independent research in the broad area of accounting and financial management;
- Teach a range of modules in management accounting and/or auditing and assurance as well as in the broad area of accounting and financial management as agreed by the Head of Business Informatics, Systems and Accounting (BISA);
- Take on administrative duties and academic citizenship activities appropriate for his/her expertise and experience.
You will have:
- PhD/DBA in accounting or closely related subject
- Demonstrable ability to publish in leading international peer-reviewed academic journals
- Demonstrable ability to teach at a high standard at UG and PG level, and to a variety of audiences
- Specialist knowledge of accounting and related areas sufficient to be able to carry out independent academic research Teaching experience at an HE institution
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary environment
- Willingness to undertake administrative duties as appropriate and required
