The holder of this role will be responsible for taking an active role in the delivery and also the ongoing development needs of the Physician Associate programme in order to meet the needs of the NHS. This is a Postgraduate Taught programme which sits within the Department of Pharmacy. Specific duties include delivery of teaching and learning, placement support, involvement in student assessment and recruitment processes.

You will have:
•    Proven ability within a clinical role as a  physician associate, as well as the ability and motivation to teach current and future healthcare professionals
•    Good communication skills, as well as good presentation skills (both oral and written)
•    Good knowledge of clinical medicine, clinical skills and training within the medical model
•    Ability to work well within a team, and liaise effectively with students, colleagues and other stakeholders within the NHS
