The Department of Real Estate and Planning has a strong research and teaching focus on real investment and finance.  We are seeking to appoint a lecturer to enhance the research and teaching capacity of these subject areas within the Department.  The role will require the successful candidate to be research active and publish in high quality journals.  You will also teach on, and lead modules, across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

As part of your application process, you are also required to submit an electronic copy of a paper that you consider best represents your research work.  This may be published or unpublished. Please attach this to your CV.

You will have:

  • A PhD or be near completion of a PhD in real estate economics or finance
  • The ability to carry out high quality research and teaching
  • A good understanding of one or more areas related to real estate investment and finance
