University of Reading Bars is looking for candidates who enjoy working in fast paced environment and working in large teams to help manage its day to day operations. This is a great opportunity to work autonomously, develop skills, create and implement ideas for efficient and first-class Bar service.

Previous experience of working in a bar would be great but is not essential. You must be able to work calmly under pressure and be able to work with and lead a predominantly casual student staff.

This post will be working mostly outside of normal 9.00 – 17.00 hours and you will be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays.

You will have:

  • A creative and innovative approach to problem solving

  • Passion for amazing Customer Service

  • Ability to remain Calm under pressure

  • Excellent Communication Skills
