We are seeking to appoint an experienced Department Administrator (Client Relations) to take up this challenging role.  The role is to ensure the professional, efficient and effective delivery of client, event and PA support to the Henley Centre for Customer Management, the John Madejski Centre for Reputation and Henley Directors’ Forum 

You will have:     
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in being able to successfully build and develop professional relationships
- Experience of working as a PA, or similar role, for a senior member of staff
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and methodical working
- Experience in organising events and client management
