Make a difference and be a part of enhancing the teaching, learning and student experience at the University in this key role. We are seeking an individual with excellent organisational and analytical skills to manage the University-wide module evaluation process, through which we gather and analyse students’ feedback on teaching and learning in their modules. This is a key role to enable us to also oversee the effective management and maintenance of module descriptions, which provide key information for students, staff and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with a range of academic and professional/support colleagues to:

  • Manage the University’s module evaluation process and aspects of programme evaluation (through which we gather and analyse students’ feedback on teaching and learning in their modules)

  • Develop further the use of the EvaSys application to optimise evaluation processes

  • Manage the development, maintenance and publication of undergraduate and postgraduate module descriptions

  • Support other aspects of quality management and enhancement across the University

You will have:

  • Excellent IT skills, including a high level of proficiency in Excel and an aptitude for working with large databases

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent analytical and problems solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience of managing evaluation processes in higher education

  • Accuracy and attention to detail, while maintaining a clear perspective on a larger context
