This is an exciting opportunity to join a university collections service and contribute to the care and management of world-leading lettering, printing and graphic design collections. You will work with academic colleagues and collections professionals to facilitate access to material to support teaching and learning, research, and outreach. You will provide a high-quality Reading Room service to students and visitors, support enquiries, and administer permissions for reproductions and loans of material.

You will have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (including abilities to deal effectively and professionally with enquiries from researchers)
  • Knowledge of best practice in collections management and care
  • Experience of working in a museum, library or archive
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
