We are seeking to appoint a part-time Assistant to the Secretary General of the Association of the European Schools of Planning (AESOP) at the University of Reading for the period 2019-2023. The Assistant will work with the Secretary General to develop, manage and co-ordinate financial and operational strategies and procedures for AESOP.

You will have:
-    A degree in any discipline
-    Experience in monitoring budgets and resources
-    Experience in planning, organizing logistics, assisting with power point presentations and taking minutes for meetings
-    Experience in using office management systems, filing, archiving, collating data and information and writing reports
-    Experience in managing a website and assisting in all manner of communications

There is progression within the grade from £19,730 to £24,029 per annum, accrued with service.
