Henley Business School is situated in 30 acres of beautiful countryside in the Chiltern Valley on the banks of the River Thames two miles from Henley on Thames. It provides management training for Post Graduates and Senior Executives from all around the world.

The core purpose of the Estates and Facilities Department is to deliver a World Class Service which supports Henley’s strategic principles in promoting the quality of the Business School and its physical learning environment.

We deliver an exceptional service experience and our operational and support staff plays a significant part in delivering the Henley experience. Their contribution plays a major role in sustaining our quality reputation.

The Food and Beverage team produce and deliver high quality cuisine using fresh local seasonal produce for our daily menus, fine dining evenings, weddings and marquee events. Customer satisfaction is measured in a number of ways and we consistently achieve scores of 90% and above.

To work as part of a professional Catering team producing high quality service to the Henley Business School's clients and visitors.

The Catering team provides breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days per week for clients and staff.  Clients are largely senior and middle managers who are studying at the Business School

You will have:

  • The ability to prepare fresh sandwiches, Baguettes & Paninis, salads and other produce, for clients, visitors and special functions. Demonstrating individual flare along with a passion and desire for quality food

  • Kitchen experience in a similar environment

  • Good Customer skills  

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Good Time Keeping

  • Be able to have good communication

  • Ability to work as a team 

  • Flexibility

  • Understanding of Food Hygiene
