We are seeking to appoint a committed, dedicated and resilient Administrator who will be a member of the Student Wellbeing Section. In conjunction with existing staff, the post-holder will undertake administrative tasks primarily with the Disability Advisory team. Based in the Carrington Building, the post-holder will provide a welcoming and professional face for the Service. Previous office administration experience is key to this post as you will be working in a busy environment where the primary task is supporting students.

You will contribute to the Disability Advisor team as well as the Counselling and Wellbeing team, when required, in a positive and flexible manner.

  • Excellent recordkeeping skills and experience in working with databases
  • A proactive attitude and good team working skills
  • A calm, friendly manner and a positive attitude
  • A flexible approach and capacity to work in a busy environment
  • An understanding and empathic attitude to work with a wide range of students with different needs
  • Diplomacy and problem-solving skills
