We are looking for a talented and motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team to develop novel analytic and experimental approaches in studying social cognition. This post is ideally suited for someone aiming for an independent research career with a focus on social cognition/autism, and notable for its flexibility in scope. The postholder will be expected to use model-based and data-driven approaches to examine existing data on processing of social stimuli, and contribute to designing and running new tasks based on insights gained from these analyses. The post is best suited for researchers with a computational bent, who are particularly interested in social cognition and/or autism.

The postholder is expected to write papers for publication in peer-reviewed journals as well as grant proposal(s).

You will have:

  • PhD in a relevant discipline (neuroscience, psychology, computer science, statistics, psychiatry)
  • Expertise in experimental design
  • Expertise in analysis of timeseries data using model-based or data driven approaches
  • Clear evidence of having published peer-reviewed papers on relevant topics
  • Good organization and writing skills
