This is a key role in a lively academic department within Henley Business School. You will work with the Department Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to the department. There is plenty of variety in the job and scope to use your initiative; we are always looking for ways to improve how we work. You will work with a range of people including academics, administrators and other colleagues across the university, and also our students. You will also interact with our external stakeholders such as: visitors from universities and businesses, applicants for our courses, accrediting bodies and others.
The person is expected to have or ability to develop the following skills:
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional organisational and planning skills
• Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks to agreed timescales
• Ability to provide a high standard of customer service
• Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
