The HR Services team are about to embark on an exciting period of change. We need a HR Services Manager to manage our large HR Services team during this period of change and beyond. This is the ideal role for someone wanting to make an impact, whilst working in a busy office environment on our award-winning and beautiful Whiteknights Campus.   

You must be able to:

  • Lead your team by collaboratively managing and prioritising their workloads, whilst managing the expectations of internal customers
  • Use your knowledge of employment and immigration legislation to ensure compliance and protect the reputation of the university 
  • Excel in a busy office environment, focused on supporting your team and internal colleagues
