We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Cafe Supervisor to run a very busy café in our Whiteknights Campus serving quality specialty drinks and café style food and snacks. You will handcraft delicious beverages, and build relationships with our customers, getting to know their favourite drink and snacks.
We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with barista skills.
The job will require you to run shifts, lead the store team and make decisions that impact store operations. You will help create great experiences for customers and employees alike. You will support the manager of the business, building schedules, leading a team and nurturing talent.
You will run the store as if it was your own – from supervising daily operations to taking responsibility for financial results. This role focusses on front line service, connecting with customers and other service partners. This full time , permanent role provides the opportunity to develop yourself, your own team, and the café.
The café is a 7 day a week operation and you may occasionally be required to work weekends and occasional evenings. This may include solving issues over the phone during these times.

You will have:
- Certification of Basic Food Safety or higher
- Knowledge of retail coffee environments
- Ability to cope with varying workloads whilst remaining calm and focused
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
