We have a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our professional team. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated to work in the kitchen to prepare salads and artisan sandwiches and baguettes. whilst consistently delivering food of the highest quality to our guests. You may be required to work weekends, working 5 days out of 7, various shifts, earliest start 07.00 and latest finish is 16.00, working 22.5 hours a week.

Greenlands Hotel is part of Henley Business School and is situated in 30 acres of beautiful countryside in the Chiltern Valley on the banks of the River Thames two miles from Henley on Thames. As a catering Assistant we would expect you to:

If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to come into our kitchen in Greenlands Hotel for  around 3 hours to see how you work as part of a team and for us to assess your ability around cooking. Our friendly team will make you feel welcome and support you during this. Again, we aren’t looking to catch you out, we will be solely focused on your ability to cook and to work as part of a team. This may include asking you to prepare a practical idea before arriving and then cooking/implementing it when on-site.
