This is a key role in providing a full Building Assistant support role and service to tenants at 2 TVSP locations. You will be joining at an exciting time in the continued development and commercial focus towards these facilities.
TVSP Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of UoR and part of the Property Services team. You will manage the provision of high-quality TFM support to the premises of some 10’000m2 tenanted area plus the Thames Valley Science Park external area. This will involve working with tenants, suppliers and university departments.
You will have:
- Good experience of the management of TFM support in a commercial setting
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on attention to detail and high-quality output
- Good knowledge of statutory compliance and health and safety
- Good people management skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with a number of different stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills and use of Microsoft packages in particular Excel.
