If you’re looking for a new challenge, we have an exciting opportunity in our People Development team. This new role will see you supporting the Leadership & Talent Development Manager to coordinate our use of the Apprenticeship Levy to develop our colleagues and provide entry-level apprenticeship opportunities. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in this area and help to progress our use of apprenticeships across the University.
You will have:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload
- Effective communication skills enabling you to build good working relationships with a wide range of colleagues
- Knowledge of apprenticeships and promoting their use
- Experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders, including service providers, in order to deliver a great service for colleagues
