Henley Careers is a vibrant department with an aim to be one of the most innovative career practices in Higher Education. The Employer Relations team plays an important role within Henley Careers by continually evaluating industry trends to ensure our careers delivery is reflective of industry requirements in terms of skills, knowledge and behaviours needed, whilst acting as a consultant to industry – it’s a two-way street. This Account Manager role is an exciting opportunity to shape not only the relationship activity in Henley Careers – but also influence the School in Graduate/MBA/MSc talent acquisition development. The Account Manager will lead engagement with a range of organisations to increase the employment opportunities for Henley undergraduates and graduates through creative and innovative opportunities to engage with our student population. The Account Manager will also be responsible for event managing a number of Employer Relations events e.g., Employer Panels, Placement Fairs and Poster Fairs. The successful candidate will grow employer relationships, have great people skills with both internal and external stakeholders, and possess sound recruitment knowledge.
You will have:
- Ability to develop relationships with employers
- Excellent networking skills
- Ability to drive collaboration and inclusion both internally and externally
- Experience of graduate, internship, or Experienced Hire recruitment
- Some knowledge of local, national, and international graduate labour markets
- Experience of managing both in-person and online events.
