Job Description

The Alumni and Careers team at Henley Business School works with a range of stakeholders to provide lifelong learning and professional development opportunities for our students and alumni. Our events and activities not only help our community to develop themselves, but they also help us to nurture volunteers and donors who want to support the Business School.

From webinars and faculty workshops, to industry presentations, informal drinks and large-scale celebrations, our small and busy team delivers a range of online and in-person events throughout the year to engage students, alumni and industry supporters in our work. Our events are critical to our strategy and we are looking for an outstanding individual to join the team on a permanent basis to help us plan and deliver these.

You will have:

•          Experience of designing and delivering high quality events for a range of stakeholders

•          Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

•          A clear focus on the customer and the ability to work with people at all levels

•          Brilliant written and interpersonal communication skills
