The Department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour & Reputation are seeking to strengthen their Governance group and appoint an outstanding academic with an international research profile and a passion for, and experience of, innovative teaching at an executive level in the area of Governance. You will join one of the most dynamic and ambitious business schools in the world and be immersed in an environment that supports academics to achieve the most from their careers.
You will have:
- Research outputs in a journal with an international outstanding reputation, a pipeline of outputs with potential for regular publication in highly esteemed journals and a strong research agenda in the focal area
- Deliver high-quality teaching on post-experience MBA, Executive MA/MSc and Executive Education programmes, with particular emphasis on participants operating at senior management, director and board level
- A proven track record of outstanding achievements in research and teaching in the field
- Highly developed inter-personal skills with the ability to build rapport and create and sustain effective working relationships with our highly challenging & experienced students.
- An ability to work under conditions of autonomy, yet to have a strong commitment to teamwork
