The Role

You’ll be part of a friendly, hands-on technical team providing first and second-line support across desktops, laptops, mobiles, AV kit, and core applications. Primarily aligned to our Device Lifecycle Team, you’ll also collaborate widely across Deskside Support, the Service Desk, and Campus Support, no two days are the same.

Expect to:

  • Roll out cutting edge end user technology to keep our staff and students working efficiently
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues
  • Configure and maintain end-user devices
  • Support major University events
  • Give clear, confident advice to staff and students
  • Manage incidents and requests through our ITSM system
  • Spot improvements and help shape better digital services

About You

You’ll thrive here if you love solving problems, enjoy working with people, and have solid experience supporting Microsoft and Apple environments. Strong troubleshooting, great communication, and an organised approach are essential.
