We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven individual passionate about delivering exceptional support. The School of Politics, Philosophy and Economics is looking for a proactive Executive Support Officer to support this School’s operations.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage diaries, meetings and communications for senior leaders.
  • Be the go-to person for visitors, events and key projects.
  • Handle data, reporting and financial processes with precision.
  • Drive service improvements and help shape efficient workflows.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent organisational and IT skills.
  • Understand the importance of balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in administration and event support, both back office and customer facing.
  • A positive and flexible attitude.
