We are seeking an experienced and highly driven professional to lead the Executive Support Team within the School of Agriculture, Policy and Development. This key role provides leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of a high-quality administrative and executive support service across the School.
The successful candidate will manage a team of seven Executive Support staff, coordinating the provision of efficient, professional, and responsive support to senior leaders and wider stakeholders. Demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, you will be adept at building strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels, both within the University and externally.
With a strong commitment to excellence in customer service, you will work collaboratively with peers across the University to develop common processes, share best practice, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to enhance capability, strengthen service delivery, and support career development across the Executive Support function.
