We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our busy HR Services Team during a transformative period as we implement our new HRMS system, SAP SuccessFactors.
The HR Services Team supports over 4,000 staff members and provides customer-focused specialist and administrative assistance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR operational and administrative tasks that support staff throughout their employment lifecycle within the schools. This generalist role includes processing new hires, issuing employment contracts, managing key data in our HRMS system, addressing staff inquiries, and overseeing immigration and compliance reports.
Qualifications:
- -Experience working in a busy office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise your own work effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with an integrated HR/Payroll system is desirable but not essential.
