Are you an organised, tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys working with people and systems? We are looking for a Systems Assistant to join our Campus Commerce Business Services team. This role is at the heart of supporting our operational business systems across hospitality, conferencing, events, retail, sports, and hotel accommodation.
Your will play a key role in supporting Campus Commerce’s hospitality till system, operating across 3 campuses and 300+ users. Your role will be to support operational teams by providing user support and undertaking configuration tasks to help us deliver excellent services.

About you
We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident in IT and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • A clear communicator with the ability to support and train system users.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

You will have:

  • Experience providing timely customer support.
  • Previous administrative or end-user support experience.
  • A good understanding of systems and user needs.

Additional Information

  • This role is full-time, permanent, based on-site at the University’s Whiteknights Campus. The role will support operational teams and will be required to work onsite.
  • Some occasional weekend working may be required to support University & hospitality related events.
  • A UK driving licence is essential.
