This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Assistant Psychologist at the AnDY Research Clinic in Reading. You will have the opportunity to work directly with children and young people with anxiety and related disorders and depression while supporting recruitment to clinical research being carried out partnership with Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and the University of Oxford. The post is ideal for anyone with a desire to pursue a career in either clinical psychology and/or clinical research.

Appointment will be at Grade 5 of the University of Reading salary scale. On appointment, the post-holder will need to complete the standard 6-month probation period. The post is fixed term for 12 months in the first instance.

You will have:

  • BSc in psychology or closely related subject.
  • Knowledge of child and adolescent mental health.
  • Experience of research with children, young people, and families.
