Join the School of Pharmacy at the University of Reading as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant
The School of Pharmacy is looking for a Research Assistant to support a qualitative research project focused on inclusive and culturally competent education in pharmacy. You will conduct interviews and focus groups, perform thematic analysis, conduct Delphi meetings, and ensure data is managed ethically and securely. You’ll also contribute to research outputs and support project coordination.
You will be a proactive and organised individual with experience in qualitative research, strong communication skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office and thematic coding tools. You will enjoy working independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to engage in culturally sensitive, interdisciplinary work.

You will have:
- Experience in conducting and analysing qualitative research (e.g., interviews, focus groups, thematic analysis).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office, Teams, and familiarity with thematic coding tools.
- The ability to manage research data ethically and securely, and work both independently and collaboratively.
