The Digital Business Systems Administrator role is a new role within the Estates Directorate to support the implementation and development of the University’s new computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) software, known as Concerto. The role holder will ensure the day-to-day smooth running of all business systems utilised by the Estates Directorate; this includes, but is not limited to, computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) software, SharePoint, specialist software utilised by teams within Estates, and a range of Microsoft products.
You will have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical issues in a manner that is appropriate to the audience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, taking responsibility for a specific area of work
- Knowledge of maintaining and developing SQL databases
- Understanding of the principles of database management
- Knowledge of SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online
- Relevant experience and understanding of troubleshooting problems for stakeholders in digital business system
