What You’ll Do

As an Apprenticeship Tutor, you’ll:

  • Be the primary contact for apprentices and their employers, building lasting, productive partnerships.
  • Monitor apprentice progress, identify development needs, and support skills growth.
  • Conduct regular review meetings in person and online, offering tailored guidance and support.
  • Provide vital pastoral care to help apprentices stay engaged and on track.
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant support in line with Ofsted, ESFA, EPAO, and university standards.

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking individuals with:

  • Leadership and management experience in public or private sectors.
  • A track record of supporting others’ development and/or providing pastoral care.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with multi-stakeholder experience.
  • Awareness of safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and British Values.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Level 6 qualification in management or leadership.
  • Coaching, assessing, or training/teaching experience.
  • Knowledge of UK apprenticeship frameworks or vocational learning.

If you’re passionate about developing others and ready to grow yourself, we want to hear from you—even if you don’t tick every box.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary: £34,980 – £44,263 (depending on experience).
  • Generous leave: 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays and university closure days.
  • Professional development: Full induction, ongoing CPD, and career progression opportunities.
  • Perks: Affiliate membership to the Chartered Management Institute, access to Henley Coaching Centre and Henley Hives social network.

We’re open to flexible and part-time working arrangements. Join us and be part of a world-class institution that’s shaping the future of business education.
