The University of Reading is seeking to appoint an Examinations Officer (Systems) based within the Examinations and Graduation Office.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated person who will ensure the high quality administration of the University’s course and student information, through the management of exam and assessment-related data. You will provide technical support and guidance throughout the year to a wide range of colleagues on the various assessment protocols, policies and procedures of the University.
You will have:
• The ability to work with large and complex databases, combined with an exceptional focus on attention to detail
• Experience in an administrative role in a busy office environment
• The ability to set up and maintain effective systems and processes
• Excellent organisation/time management, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure within tight deadlines.
• Experience of using a student records system (ideally SITS or similar)
• Excellent and sensitive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to diverse audiences
