Working within the Global Student Recruitment Team, you will collaborate closely with the International Study and Language Institute (ISLI) to deliver a comprehensive schedule of stakeholder engagement activities aimed at achieving ambitious recruitment targets of International Foundation Programmes (IFP) and International Foundation Year (IFY).

This is a newly created role, reflecting the strategic importance of successful recruitment to undergraduate pathways. A broad skills set is essential, particularly within the international higher education recruitment sector. The role involves frequent liaison with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills and bring an innovative, solution-focused mindset.

The successful candidate will have:


  • Significant experience in the higher education sector, including International Foundation pathways.
  • A commercially savvy product specialist with a successful track record in delivering results.
  • Experience in successfully executing conversion and sales strategies.
  • Experience identifying a customer’s business drivers and influencing their buying behaviour in line with a customer value proposition.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student sector and the challenges for pathway programmes.
  • CRM knowledge.
