Job Description

The Apprenticeships Admissions Team within Henley Business School is responsible for handling applications for all apprenticeship programmes delivered by the University. This role will play a key part in Henley Business School’s ambitious vision for the future of higher and degree apprenticeships.

You will:

  • Support and deliver onboarding activities for applications to apprenticeships programmes; nomination, assessment, communication of decisions and enrolment.
  • Ensure procedures are implemented effectively and that team-members are trained and monitored appropriately within a defined area of responsibility (which may be subject to change in accordance with the changing needs of the business)
  • Engage with internal stakeholder groups as required by the Admissions Manager.
  • Produce and maintain admissions data for relevant stakeholders. 

Hybrid working arrangements; We support hybrid working and you will be required to work from a dedicated shared office a minimum of 3 days a week.

Generous annual leave allowance: We offer a generous entitlement of 21 days in addition to 8 bank holidays and 6 additional closure days at Christmas and Easter time each year where no staff are required to work.

Safeguarding:

This post is not exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. This role is not a regulated activity.
