Job Description
The Student Timetabling and Room Booking Operations Team is recruiting for a talented and well-organised individual with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Working within the wider Student Support Services & Operations area, you will oversee the creation, maintenance and publication of University Teaching and Learning timetables. You will be the central point of contact for an allotted set of academic schools, and this role will require close collaborative working with staff at all levels within the University.
You will have :
- A level education or equivalent
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work on own initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to use IT systems and software appropriate to the role, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience of working with large complex databases
