Job Description

We need someone with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the team developing and supporting our Student Information System (RISIS), and also to participate in review projects to implement new business processes in key development areas.

You will be providing support to student and staff users of the system, assisting in developing further facilities on the web for users, and playing an active part in business process reviews.

You will be working with the other members of the Student Information Systems team to maintain operational efficiency and to deliver high-quality and sustainable enhancements to the system.


You will have:

  • an aptitude for using complex databases
  • excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities
  • the interpersonal skills for working within a team in supporting users across the University
  • the ability to take responsibility for a discrete area of development
