Job Description

This role is to provide high quality, professional administrative support to the School of Biological Sciences.  The role is focused on administrative and support tasks with a key focus on providing financial support.  The role holder will work within a small, friendly and busy team of Executive Support staff in the School.  The role is office-based in the Health and Life Sciences Building on the Whiteknights Campus.

You will have :

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment within an administrative support role.
  • A good understanding/experience of financial systems preferably in a UK Higher Education Environment or equivalent.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet set deadlines.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient in the use Microsoft Office and Teams.
