Job Description

The International Study and Language Institute (ISLI) delivers a variety of taught programmes across the academic year and during the summer vacation period for students to develop their language and academic study skills.

We are looking for an organised and highly efficient individual who will be able to provide high quality, professional administrative support for academic programmes within ISLI.


You will be required to have:

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and methodical working
  • Pro-active attitude with an ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong intercultural communications skills and the ability to provide a high standard of customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft package including Word, Excel and Outlook
